Bought 2 fizzy trails. Whatever shipping he used was supposed to take 11 days, which seems a bit ridiculous. After being 5 days late, I contacted him, and was met with a 'I've never had this happen response", with no offer to make it right or do anything. After another 2 days, he did reach out a d offer a free disc, but its been another 5 days and he's never made good on that either. After finally threatening to dispute the original charge, he did finally refund the initial purchase, after more than 3 weeks with no discs. Will definitely never order from Eric again. I know small business is hard. But this was pretty rotten.
